Congratulations to Vickie Soper and her beautiful Joey daughter, Rain, on her AKC championship.  Rain was bred by and is co-owned by Cindy Harwin.  Rain was handled by Karen and Georgia Hymmen. The picture here is from her WB win in Nisqually in August.
